Well...for a month now I seem to be staring at this brick wall in the challenge. 213 lbs...no more...no less.

I feel pretty good.

But dang...I wish the scale would move.

Hi Jay,
I just watched your video, which I enjoyed a lot -- not that it is super exciting or anything. It's just that I am reassured by the plateau phenomenon that is occuring in your journey. I am about to start a second challenge. I am your age, and I weigh the same. It's good to think that I am not alone.
