Today I am a non-smoker.
I'll spend most of this day devoting my energy to not lighting up and it may make me somewhat difficult to be around....but I will be a non-smoker today.
Tomorrow? Well, I'll worry about that tomorrow.

Good luck!!
I quit smoking a little over a year ago. On the 1 year anniversary, I climbed a mountain to prove how much fitter I am. It was a wonderful experience!
Here via Blogexplosion.
Good Luck! Just stick to it, one day at a time! Remember, one single puff will readdict you.
I love your blog!
Here are links to a few of my "anti-smoking" articles.

Good Luck! I wish I had it in me to quit.
Good luck. Back and forth myself looking for insiration. Tried Chantix last week and it made me sick. But going cold gives you control when you had a lack of it before. I'll be checking back to see how you are doing.
And I think quitting an addiction makes you a hero.
congrads on your 'quit'!
If for any reason you find yourself smoking again- KEEP TRYING!
One of the benefits besides feeling better is your hair gets a boost.
My quit was about 5 years ago and I can't imagine myself as a smoker ever again.
