I remember you starting this challenge earlier in theyear and this post of yours caught my eye on the BE surf.
Good on you for making the changes that are so good for you... portion sizes and better foods and more exercise is the thing.
Try and cut back on the coffee though! I remember reading a study that said the caffeine hit is most effective for just one caffeine drink in the day. Mind you I drink tea the rest of the day and that has more caffeine!
Congrats on giving up the smoking. 4" off the gut is fab. Even though it wasn't as much as you might have hoped for it sounds like you are on the right path - it was a success.
