Just wanted to wish you good luck with your challenge from England - especially as I see you are reading the English Philosophers!I keep well with walking, my wife and I walk whenever we can - usually at least 3 miles a day and it certainly helps with weight and also health.Enjoy what you do.Best wishes,Mike
